War Memorial at Ashville College
Completed in time for last years 100 year anniversary of the end of the 1st World War, we fabricated these 4 circular planters to complement the other embellishment that have been added to this war memorial. Primarily they are constructed from 'Cor-Ten' weathering steel with laser cut stainless steel lettering.The war memorial is located at Ashville College in Harrogate and pays homage to the pupils who lost their lives in both the Great War and 2nd World War.During the summer months they will be planted with poppies. However they will be used to ceremonially place wreaths and crosses on remembrance Sunday.
